All purchases are subject to stock availability at the time you place your order. We will inform you if any items in your cart become unavailable. Additional or replacement items added to your order may adjust shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery
We will ship items in your order to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and accurate to prevent delays.
Shipping timeframes listed are estimates only based on average delivery times to continental US destinations via standard shipping methods. We are not liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or other factors out of our control.
You will receive shipment tracking info and can follow along with delivery progress via the carrier’s website. Please notify us promptly if you do not receive items within the estimated delivery window so we can investigate.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on order total, shipment destination and selected delivery method. Any customs, import taxes or duties are your responsibility. If an international order is held up or rejected, we will issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Cancellations & Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. You may cancel any order before it has shipped for a full refund, excluding any personalized or customized items.
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. However, if your items arrive defective, damaged or incorrectly filled, we will happily resolve the issue. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with details.
Based on circumstances, we will repair, replace or fully refund affected items at our cost, including return shipping. You will need to securely pack and ship the items back to us within 14 days to receive your remedy. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized or personalized products unless they arrive defective. Please choose your customizations carefully before placing such orders.
Payments & Security
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments via secure checkout powered by top payment processors like Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment details – only the last 4 digits of cards on file, if you opt to save your information for future purchases.
If paying by check or bank transfer, please allow 7-10 business days for funds to clear before we fulfill your order.
